SALES AND REFUND POLICIES
Thanks for choosing EUVORI aquatics! One of our top priorities is always your satisfaction, and our policies and procedures company-wide are designed with that idea in mind, including our Sales and Refunds Policies.
Keep in mind that by registering for one of our courses, requesting one of our services, placing an order, or making a purchase through EUVORI, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
RESCHEDULES and EXCHANGES
Services which were purchased with one set of instructions to us, then later requested to be amended with a different set of instructions are considered "reschedules."
• Any service purchased from us may be rescheduled at any time up to 24 hours before the date of the first service event, unless that service included a differing reschedule policy provided to the customer at time of purchase. No monetary exchange occurs between the parties.
Tangible goods which are purchased by the customer, then later requested be returned in exchange for another tangible good of equal value are considered "exchanges."
• Any tangible good may be exchanged for another tangible good of equal value within 3 months of purchase, provided that 1) an original purchase receipt or invoice is provided along with the tangible good, and 2) the customer pays any necessary shipping costs to get the tangible good and corresponding receipt or invoice back to EUVORI. No monetary exchange occurs between the parties.
CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS
Services which are purchased by the customer, then later requested of us to no longer perform said services are considered "cancellations."
• Any service purchased from us may be cancelled at any time up to 48 hours before the date of the first service event, unless that service provided a differing cancellation policy to the customer at time of purchase. Service cancellations following this refund are eligible for an 80% refund to the customer through the same means the customer paid for the service.
Tangible goods which are purchased by the customer, then later requested of us to take back are considered "returns."
• Any tangible good may be returned back to EUVORI for a full refund of the purchase price within 3 months of purchase, provided that 1) the tangible good is wrapped in original packaging or otherwise deemed unused, 2) an original purchase receipt or invoice is provided along with the tangible good, and 3) the customer pays any necessary shipping costs to get the tangible good and corresponding receipt or invoice back to EUVORI. Once the tangible item is received and believed to have complied with the policy above, a full refund for the purchase price listed on the receipt or invoice will be issued through the same means the customer paid for the tangible good.
