Training Courses and Other Services

• Reschedules: You may reschedule your course or service at no additional cost up to 24 hours before the course start time.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your class or service up to 48 hours before the start time. Eligible cancellations will receive an 80% refund to the original payment method.

Physical Items (Gear & Add-Ons)

• Exchanges: Unused physical items can be exchanged for an item of equal value within 3 months of purchase. You must provide the original payment receipt. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

• Returns: Unused physical items in their original packaging can be returned for a 100% refund within 3 months of purchase. You must provide the original payment receipt. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
