This training includes all of the in-person components needed for USA Swimming Safety Training for Swim Coaches:

American Safety and Health Institute CPR & AED for Adult, Child, and Infant | First Aid for Adults (training and digital certification)
- This is an approved CPR/AED certification for USA Swimming, based on the list provided at this link under "Approved CPR/AED Certifications."
USA Swimming STSC In-Water Skills Checklist (checklist completion and sign-off)
- A StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Instructor will make sure you can perform each skill, then will provide you with a signed copy of the In-Water Skills Checklist.

Online training is a separate fee/ registration:

Enroll for online training through the American Red Cross
Print or save the Online Content Only Certificate (not the certificate of the test score)
Bring the printed certificate or digital copy with you to the in-person training

Type: Private course, you work one-on-one with an instructor.
Time Commitment: 2.5 to 4 hours
Price: $110 course fee + $99 per participant, plus $2.00/mile if traveling to your location
- Equals $209 for one participant, $308 for two participants, etc.

STANDALONE CPR & AED for Adult, Child, and Infant | First Aid for Adults

Type: Private course, you work one-on-one with an instructor.
Time Commitment: 2 to 3 hours
Price: $80 course fee + $89 per participant, plus $2.00/mile if traveling to your location
- Equals $169 for one participant, $258 for two participants, etc.

STANDALONE USA Swimming STSC In-Water Skills Checklist

Scheduling:

Can be created with as little as one day's notice, assuming we have an available instructor and training space. You choose the date and time.
